Jean Collinet Anspach

Co-founder

Alongside a career as a high-level athlete, I discovered entrepreneurship at the age of 14 by selling magic tricks to strangers on the street. 10 years later, I created Pacaya for the same reasons... to try to bring forth the sublime but all too often hidden reality of the world around us.

Basile Thisse

Co-founder

I am a polytechnic engineer with a double master's degree in electromechanics and entrepreneurship from the Polytechnic Schools of Brussels and Montreal. In 2019, one month after my arrival in Montreal, I founded a circular economy startup that received numerous awards and over $500,000 from the Canadian government. By creating Pacaya, I live my passions every day and I hope to inspire as many people as possible to live unique experiences that they will remember for the rest of their lives.
