We are active in the field of human resources. We develop web applications that facilitate individual development and human resource management. 4UP, our assessment tool management skills is online since a few months.
We provide answers to fundamental questions posed by HR managers and business leaders on the development of skills, on the discovery and retention of talent, on the strategic role of human resource management and management of training and responsible statements.
Our tools are innovative because they are not based on psychometrics and are the direct link between skills and training. We completed 4UP with a 360 °evaluation to confirm the self-assessment of skills performed through 4UP.
Our tools are accessible via the web and the first phase is completely free for those who wish to develop himself, and the rest of the business service is chargeable.
We are positioned between companies that skills assessments but do not link with the training (not personal development plan) and companies that offer training but do not make the analysis of training needs.
With automation we offer for companies to save time and money both in the management of evaluations and in the profitability of training.
Our marketing plan is based on an awareness of individual actors HR and our tools. Our sales process is essentially in a first step, based on the relationship in B2B. This is why our growth is relatively modest in the early years, the snowball effect will be felt later through the principle of subscription sales, which supports our project.
We are 2 partners Laurent Duez and Vincent Sacré. Laurent is a Computer Engineer and is certified in management training. With its long experience in people management and analysis of training needs, he developed an expertise in the definition and management skills. Vincent holds a degree in Business Management and a degree in human resources management, he uses his personal analysis of organizations to provide products and services practices for strategic alignment.
The main problems identified with business leaders and HR managers are: To match supply and training plans with strategic objectives. Identify talent in the business, attract more, retain and train. Stimulate training and staff development to promote innovation.
We offer a plug and play solution based on what people do at work that gives direct results in three directions:
1 - Knowledge of individual skills
2 - Knowledge of training plans with a link between competence and training

We built our web platform based on a freemium for people who want to develop himself can access for free.
Companies are our customers, we provide a tool for HRM for which they must pay a monthly fee to have access to their information continuously. Using the application is made directly on the web using a username and a password.
Companies can buy access directly on the web but will primarily B2B canvassed. To do this we used three channels simultaneously:
1 - we do ourselves a part of the marketing by visiting companies
2 - network provides, which are primarily vendors of HR solutions and training companies.
