We provide answers to fundamental questions posed by HR managers and business leaders on the development of skills, on the discovery and retention of talent, on the strategic role of human resource management and management of training and responsible statements.
Our tools are innovative because they are not based on psychometrics and are the direct link between skills and training. We completed 4UP with a 360 °evaluation to confirm the self-assessment of skills performed through 4UP.

Our marketing plan is based on an awareness of individual actors HR and our tools. Our sales process is essentially in a first step, based on the relationship in B2B. We are 2 partners Laurent Duez and Vincent Sacré. Laurent is a Computer Engineer and is certified in management training. With its long experience in people management and analysis of training needs, he developed an expertise in the definition and management skills. Vincent holds a degree in Business Management and a degree in human resources management, he uses his personal analysis of organizations to provide products and services practices for strategic alignment.

We offer a plug and play solution based on what people do at work that gives direct results in three directions:

Companies are our customers, we provide a tool for HRM for which they must pay a monthly fee to have access to their information continuously. Using the application is made directly on the web using a username and a password.
Companies can buy access directly on the web but will primarily B2B canvassed. To do this we used three channels simultaneously:
